#1 How much Glutathione Swish should I take at one time and when? The general serving is: Take 2 teaspoons or 10 cc, or 10 ml (all the same) twice a day, morning and again at bedtime. 2 teaspoons = 2 white capfuls or 1 clear plastic capfuls that comes with the bottle.
# 2 How long do I swish? The bottle reads 30 + seconds; (30 seconds or more.) However, most doctors recommend as well as the Founder, Steven Scott to swish 4 minutes, 2-3 times a day. You can spit it out after 4 minutes. Swishing for 4 minutes makes a difference!
# 3 Can I swish more often? Yes, for different reasons: IF ILL/ VIRUS/ FLU: Swish 2 teaspoons capfuls, for 4 minutes, every hour on the hour you are awake for 2-3 days until you are feeling better. Glutathione expedites recovery.
IF WORKING LONG HOURS: Swish 2 teaspoons or 2 white capfuls, 4 minutes, every 1-2 hours during midnight shifts or if tired.
IF FLYING OVER TIME ZONES PILOTS, CREW, TRAVELERS (JET LAG) Swish 2 teaspoons or 2 white capfuls for 4 minutes pre-flight, swish 2 more for 4 minutes again 8 hours into flight and Swish 2 capfuls, 4 minutes 1 hour pre-landing. # 10 Does heat or cold impair the effectiveness of the Glutathione Swish? Heat only has a negative effect if the temperature is over 130 degrees. Cold only affects swish if it is completely frozen, it is a bit less potent if frozen, but swish is still effective. If you receive the swish frozen call client services for a replacement.
# 11 Can the Glutathione Swish be poured into a smaller sterile plastic container? Yes.
# 12 Does Glutathione Swish come in travel sizes? Yes. Ask the person who shared this.
# 13 Who cannot use Glutathione Swish? Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing (according to US Law) or in chemotherapy sessions because Glutathione will detox the chemo out of the body. Talk with the oncologist about starting the Glutathione Swish after all chemo sessions are completed.
# 14 Are there any side effects to any medications? No. We are born with Glutathione; a foreign substance is not being added to the body. It is imperative to talk with your primary care doctor or specialist if you have questions. No medical advice is ever given here.
# 15 If I am on medications does my doctor need to know that I am taking Glutathione Nutri Swish? That is up to you. There are no contraindications with Glutathione Swish. If you have questions, go to your doctor. The good news is your doctor may have to adjust, lower, or eliminate your medications as you use this product daily because Glutathione helps your cells function effectively.
# 16 Are there any age restrictions for taking Glutathione Swish? US Law requires that no one under 18 years of age, or who is pregnant or who is nursing a baby should use it.
# 17 Are there any detox effects from taking Glutathione Nutri Swish? Not typically, you may be tired for a day or at most a week because your body is ridding itself of toxins that we can’t escape. Keep in mind we are all a bag of toxins from food, water, air, medications, viruses, clothing, plastics, other environmental toxins.
• Serious symptoms like pain or bleeding would not be from Glutathione Swish. If that occurs go to ER right away, those symptoms are not from the Swish. If you are tired for a few days or a week you can swish more often, 3 to 4 times a day.
• MTHFR NOTATION: The only individuals who should start to swish slower, are those with one or two copies of the MTHFR gene mutation because those individuals have a hard time detoxing in general. They usually swish one capful once a day for a couple weeks or more, then one capful twice a day for a couple weeks and work up to normal servings. This is all followed by their medical doctor. Those with MTHFR gene mutation desperately need Glutathione daily however this is with the help of their doctor!
# 18 What if I feel better after I have taken the Glutathione Swish, and some symptoms return? What does that mean? It is a process, remember you are removing decades of toxins, chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, viruses, cellular radiation and any other molds, toxins, or medications you may have been exposed to in your lifetime. This can take time depending on your current health status. Be patient.
#19 Do I need to drink water? Yes! Yes! This is so important! If you are under a physician’s care for drinking a specific amount of water each day, then you must follow the water drinking instructions from that doctor! Otherwise drink half your body weight in ounces of plain, still, NON-carbonated, NON-Reverse Osmosis, filtered water without lemons, limes, or anything in it, daily. Drink plain water about 30 minutes away from food because sipping on more than a small glass of water with meals dilutes the digestive process. Do not gulp with meals.
• Ex: A 160-pound person needs 80 ounces of plain water daily.
• If you have an RO house system, keep it for the rest of your house but have a plumber re-route tap water to your kitchen sink to get the minerals. Then get a black carbon filter at Home Depot, Lowes or any home store to filter out contaminants from the tap water but KEEP the minerals that our bodies desperately need.
• If you drink bottled water, drink good quality bottled water, Fiji, Evian, Aqua Panna, Essentiaor Black Label Smart Brand water.
# 20 Do I have to swallow the swish? No, you do not, however a lot of people do swallow the swish. Glutathione helps your esophagus, but you don’t have to swallow it. Be sure and swish for about 4 minutes each time though.
# 21 What should I avoid? These are suggestions not medical advice:
Alcohol should be avoided when taking Glutathione. It’s not dangerous to drink alcohol with Glutathione, but it diminishes its effectiveness, and most people want the swish to be as powerful and effective as possible.
All Dairy Products should be avoided because dairy causes inflammation, damages the lining of your gut, promotes constipation, allergies, hormone imbalances, and skin problems; and dairy is very fattening.
Processed Sugar should be lowered to protect the Liver. Again, this is not medical advice.
